You must be 13+ to use Harborleaf. Certain features like identity verification and emergency access require users to complete DigiLocker KYC, available to Indian citizens.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date info.
• You must not impersonate another person or use another user's credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Users must agree to all Terms and Privacy Policy during sign-up via consent checkbox.

• Users can share photos, videos, texts, and audio (Thoughts).
• By posting, you grant Harborleaf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, and share it.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates laws, these Terms, or community guidelines.
• You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others.

• Harborleaf uses Al-based moderation and user flagging tools.
• Violations (hate speech, nudity, misinformation, etc.) may result in warnings, shadow bans, or account termination.

Harborleaf provides private communication features, including messaging, voice calls, and video calls. All such communications are protected with end-to-end encryption to ensure user privacy and data security. These encrypted communications are stored securely and are not accessible to Harborleaf under normal circumstances. Access may be granted only under applicable government guidelines or legal directives, in accordance with Indian law. Additionally, non-content metadata — such as message timestamps, contact identifiers, and usage patterns — may be retained and analyzed for purposes of abuse prevention, spam detection, and legal compliance.

Users consent to location being enabled in the background but not tracked or accessed unless:
• The user activates the Emergency Alert feature.
• There's an official request via legal or safety protocols. When emergency is triggered: Location is shared with designated contacts and local authorities (if enabled). Real-time tracking remains active until the situation is marked safe. Important: Misuse of this feature will result in permanent suspension and may lead to legal action.

Premium includes: badges, boosted reach, profile insights, monetization features, exclusive filters, and early access to updates. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per applicable laws.

Harborleaf follows Indian IT laws and global data norms. Content takedown requests by courts or authorities will be honored as per Section 69A of the IT Act. Users will be informed when possible.

Harborleaf integrates services like DigiLocker and analytics tools. We are not responsible for external terms and data use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users can delete their accounts anytime.

We are not liable for:
• User-generated content
• Emergency response times
• Third-party links or apps.
